Clutch Masters Billet Audi Slave Cylinder -B5/B6/B7/C5

Introducing our Clutch Masters Billet Aluminum OE Replacement Slave Cylinder for Audi applications. As many know, most slave cylinders found in Audis are plastic and often leak. With the SACHS aluminum version no longer available, we knew we had to step up to the plate and offer a better aftermarket solution to keep those manual transmission Audis on the road!

Features:

  • 6061 Billet Aluminum Body and Piston
  • Loaded Wiper and Seals
  • Adjustable Push Rod
  • Replacement Stainless Steel Lines
  • Serviceable and Repairable

Designed to be a direct replacement for the factory slave cylinder, this setup is a simple bolt in affair. Well as simple as it can be, some of those Audi engine bays can be a bit cramped! Kit will include new stainless steel lines that adapt to factory hard lines where applicable. The bore diameter is the same as the factory bore so you won't notice any pedal difference there. We made the push rod adjustable as well so you can dial in your throw and add a bit more if you want to adjust the pedal engagement and disengagement point.

 Vehicle Fitment:

  • Audi A4 2005-2008 : 2.0L B7 Turbo 6-Speed
  • Audi A4 2002-2005 : 3.0L B6
  • Audi A4 2002-2005 : 1.8L B6 Turbo
  • Audi A4 1997-2001 : 1.8L B5 Turbo
  • Audi A4 1996-2001 : 2.8L B5 (12V - 30V)
  • Audi A6 2000-2004 : 2.7L
  • Audi A6 1995-2001 : 2.8L 30V
  • Audi All Road Quattro 2003-2004 : 4.2L Twin Turbo C5 01E Trans
  • Audi All Road Quattro 2001-2005 : 2.7L
  • Audi S4 2000-2002 : 2.7L B5
  • Volkswagen Passat 1998-2005 : 1.8L Turbo

  • **PLEASE NOTE** If you install this slave cylinder, we highly recommend double checking that you are not overthrowing your clutch. Due to the nature of this slave cylinder being adjustable, this is entirely possible. The Clutch Masters slave cylinder is made to OE specs and has the same amount of travel as a factory slave cylinder so if it is setup similar to the OE one, you shouldn't have any issue. Overthrowing the clutch can lead to premature wear on your thrust washers as well as cause lockout during shifting and damage to the clutch. To prevent this you may need to add or adjust the pedal stop. This may also affect how your clutch safety switch works.
